Was it only a matter of time before Obama's DISAPPOROVAL rating caught up and ped his approval rating? According to real clear politics dot com, who takes polling data from multiple sources to create an unbiased average, they are showing Obama's approval rating at 46.1% and his disapproval rating at 47.3%.
