I need help with my long haired guinea pigs kind of???? help quick !!!!!! quick i need to know now?

i have heaps of guinea pigs! i now have 2 long haired ones roxy and dexta they are a couple. roxy had babies last night and i need to brush roxy and dexta is it to early to take her/him away from there babies even for just one minute with the other parent still in there?? i need help because i need to do this tonight if i can so i need someone to answer my question quickly... EASY POINTS
